1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 13bet ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://13bet.vin, including casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and all related features (collectively the "Services").

• KYC Verification: 13bet may require KYC verification at any stage. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated time results in account suspension.
• Account Notifications: By registering, you consent to receive transactional notifications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, and security alerts — via your registered mobile number. These notifications are not promotional and cannot be disabled without closing your account.
• Updating Your Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your mobile number or payment method changes, update them promptly through account settings or by contacting support. 13bet bears no liability for failed transactions from outdated information.

13bet reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing account without stating a reason, subject to returning any verified real-money balance held at the time of closure, less any applicable adjustments required under these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 13bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: 13bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Speed: Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in your 13bet wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the originating institution. 13bet does not guarantee deposit processing times for third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification, have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and whose account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 business day for bank transfers.
• Currency and Conversion: All account balances are held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by 13bet. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions.
• Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 13bet reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances. Players will be notified before any deduction is made.

13bet is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing that result from technical issues at third-party payment providers, bank downtime, or circumstances beyond 13bet's reasonable control. In such cases, 13bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

13bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for that bonus.
• Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Reload bonuses and other recurring offers are available to existing players subject to eligibility criteria stated on each offer. No player may claim the same welcome bonus more than once.

6. Responsible Gaming

13bet treats responsible gaming as an operational principle. Every registered account has access to tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available from within account settings at no charge and take effect promptly upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them how long they have been active in the current session. Reality check prompts appear at configurable intervals to give a clear view of current session activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 13bet platform without prior written permission from 13bet. Unauthorised use of 13bet intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13bet's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 13bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors, connectivity failures, or third-party service outages.
